The inside of the cottage is bright, charming and tastefully decorated. It has a large terrace and a garden from which you can take spices and herbs. The terrace around the house is facing the southern and southwestern directions. This guarantees a breakfast in the morning-sun as well as beautiful sunsets in every season throughout the year.
The cottage is located in a quiet area and on ‘bathrobe distance’ from a beautiful small bathing area with a sandy beach and jetties, called ‘Tornviksbadet’. And also on 800 meters walking distance to a larger bathing area with a diving tower, called Kattevik. Near the house, down the hill, there is a newly built large playground, a boules court, a tennis court, a mini golf, a football field as well as additional parking.
Kvarnstugan is an ideal destination for two families with children. The two detached houses are connected together via the two smaller bedrooms with a sliding door in between.
The cottage can be used as two independent units, each with its own terrace with garden furniture, a living room with a wood stove that you fire with wood, a fully equipped open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet and two bedrooms with double beds. One of the living rooms is equipped with a smart-TV.
So each family can have its private moments and you can join each other when the time is right to group up in the other’s house or terrace.
But the cottage is not only fit for families, the houses together can host a company of max 8 persons that can eat together at one big table. Anybody can enjoy this beautiful holiday home in a relaxed setting.
Also in the spring, autumn and winter you can enjoy the peace and cosiness in the Kvarnstugan. Especially in front of the stove.
